Counsel of the Sith

Each creature enters the battlefield with a Dark Force counter on it.
If an effect would place one or more Dark Force counters on a permanent it puts twice that many Dark Force couters on that permanent instead.
Creatures with one or more Dark Force counters on them attack each turn if able.
