Countdown to Oblivion

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player may search their library for a card and
put it into their hand
At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if
that player did not cast a creature spell, that
player loses the game
Whenever you destroy a creature an opponent controls, you gain a destiny counter and if you
have 15 or more destiny counters on
Countdown to oblivion, you win the game
