Counter Attack

When an attack is made against you, you may
make an attack against the attacking player
using your current equipped weapon, this
cannot occur more than once each round
Level 1: this can trigger twice each round
Level 2: this can trigger 3 times each round
Level 3: this can trigger any number of times
each round
