Counter- / Reactionaries

Reactionaries and counter-reactionaries were targetted as enemies of the state. They were seen as a direct threat to the communist revolution. Both included the middle class however reactionaries were considered to be those who were already active against the government while counter reactionaries were seen as those reacting to the government's actions.
