Counteractive Void

When Counteractive Void enters the battlefield pick either red or blue. If you
picked red, whenever a basic mountain
enters the battlefield deal 1 damage to any target. If you picked blue, whenever a basic island enters the battlefield draw a card.
The age old war exists everywhere between fire
and water.
