Counterspell

As a Reaction, when a creature within 60 feet of
you casts a spell, counter that spell if it is 3rd
level or lower. If the spell is higher than 3rd
level roll a Charisma ability check DC: 10 +
the level of the spell countered to succeed.
When cast using a spell slot higher than 3rd level,
Counterspell automatically succeeds against
spells cast at an equal to or lower level than the
spell slot used to cast this spell.
