Counter target spell. If the spell is 3rd level or
lower, it fails. If it's 4th level or higher, make
a check using your spellcasting ability vs DC of
10+ the spell's level. On a success, the spell fails.
At Higher Levels: If cast at 4th level or higher,
the interrupted spell fails if its level is less than
or equal to the level of the spell slot you used.
