Counterspell - Abjuration

If within 60ft of a creature casting a spell
attempt to interrupt, if spell level 3 or lower,
it fails with no effect. If 4th or higher, ability
check with spellcasting ability (DC 10+spell
level). On a success, the spell fails with no effect.
If cast as a spell at 4th level or higher, interrupted
spell has no effect if its level is equal or less than
expended spell slot
