When Court of Alrot enters the battlefield, you become the monarch
Each turn, underoot target opponent. If you are the monarch, instead underoot target opponent 3 times.
(Target opponent mills a card. It is treated as if it is your graveyard. At the beginning of your turn, you get green mana equal to each card you have underooted.)
