Court of Calamity

Council's Dilemma — When Court of Calamity
enters the battlefield, starting with you, each
player votes for comedy or carnage. Each
opponent loses 3 life for each comedy vote, and
creatures your opponents control get -1/-1 until
end of turn for each carnage vote.
Whenever another creature you control dies,
exile Court of Calamity, then return it to the
battlefield under its owner's control.
