Courting The Witch

Choose a target permanent. If it's a creature,
you may put a +1/+1 counter or a -1/-1 counter
on it. If it's a planeswalker, you may put a loyalty
counter on it or remove one from it. Then, for
each card named Courting The Witch in your
graveyard, for each kind of counter on that
permanent, put another counter of that kind on
it or remove one from it.
A deck can have up to six cards named Courting
The Witch.
