Covert Maneuver Strategy

(You can only have one Maneuver on the battlefield)
Whenever you would use Engineering X or
Fire Support X, put X Plan counters on the
Covert Maneuver Strategy instead.
Remove X tokens from the Covert Maneuver Strategy, choose one:
• Engineering X
• Fire Support X
