Coveted Crown

When Coveted Crown enters the battlefield,
target player becomes the Monarch.
Whenever a player becomes the monarch, they
attach Coveted Crown to a creature they control.
Equipped creature gets +1/+2, is legendary, and
is a Noble in addition to its other types.
