COVID 19

At the beginning of your upkeep, put an infection counter on enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature gets -0/-1 for each infection counter on it.
Whenever enchanted creature deals damage to another creature, create a token that’s a copy of COVID 19 and attach it to that creature.
