Covid 19

When Covid 19 enters the battlefield, all
creatures get a cough and can't smell or taste
anything for a while.
Some get worse and you can pay {2} to vaccinate
the creature to let it live, or flip a coin, heads they
live, tails they die.
It cause much confusion, in your upkeep roll a
20 sided die, if you get 20, eat a bat, lose
the game, hope for the best...
