COVID Outbreak comes into play with X infect
counters. At the beginning of your upkeep, move
an infect counter to target creature you control.
For each infect counter you move, put an infect
counter on target creature you don't control.
If there are no infect counters on COVID
Outbreak, sacrifice it.
Variant-You may cast this from your graveyard
for an additional {1} for each time it is cast from
your graveyard.
