Cowboy Cthulhu

Disclaimer (This card is ridiculous and indestructible.)
Whenever Cowboy Cthulhu deals combat
damage to a player not wearing a hat, put a
cowboy hat on that player and a -1/-1 counter on
each creature. They must wear the hat until they standup and say "GIDDY UP COWBOY
CTHULHU." As long as that player wears the
cowboy hat, -1/-1 counters on creatures you
control are +1/+1 counters.
