At the beginning of your upkeep, you may skip your draw step. If you do, exile the top two cards of your library and put a -1/-1 counter on Craellet, Cognitive Hare.
You may cast cards that share a name with cards exiled with Craellet, Cognitive Hare from your graveyard without paying their mana costs. If those cards are instants or sorceries, exile them instead of putting them into your graveyard.
