Crafter of Tsunamis doesn't untap during your
untap step.
When this creature attacks return all creatures
to their owners' hands except for Krakens,
Leviathans, Octopuses, and Serpents.
At the beginning of your upkeep you may
sacrifice all non-blue permanats you control to
untap Crafter of Tsunamis.
