For each creature, put an Equipment artifact token named Skullclamp onto the battlefield attached to that creature. It has "Equipped creature gets +1/-1," and "Whenever equipped creature dies, draw two cards."
The final technology Phyrexia gleaned from Mirrodin's vaults was the skullclamp, for that horror was defended to the very last man.
