At the beginning of your upkeep put a plage
counter at each nonblack creature without
a plage counter.
Creatures with plage counters gain wither.
Whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter dies,
create a black rat creature token with 1/1 and
deathtouch.
Partner (You can have two commanders if
both have partner.)
