Whenever you cast a plant spell conjure a copy of it
and suspend it with 3 time counters. Spells
suspended this way are put in your hand instead of
being cast when they run out of time counters.

Plant creatures you control get +1/+1 and vigilance.

Mana pools do not empty as steps and phases end.

If Crazy Dave is your commander you cannot cast colorless spells.
