Creation Scripture

When Creation Scripture enters the battlefield,
each player gains control of all the lands of the
player to the right of them.
All lands have {t}: add one mana of any color to
your mana pool. All non-land cards have flash.
{t}: Exile X permanents a player controls. That
player draws cards until they draw a number of permanents equal to the permanents exiled
this way. they may cast the new permanents
without paying there mana cost until the end
of there next turn
