When your opponent selects a position on
your field to be unusable, you may immediately summon a lvl 1 creature to said position, ignoring the fact that said position
is unusable. After summoning said card,
said position becomes unusable. (Said summoned creature cannot attack or activate effects until said position is made usable again.)
