Creative Experiment

Until end of turn, up to one target noncreature artifact you don't control becomes an artifact
creature with power and toughness each equal to
its mana value. Then Creative Experiment deals
X damage to each creature and each opponent,
where X is the number of artifact creatures on
the battlefield.
