Creator and Destroyer

Shuffle all nonland cards into their owners
library's (including exile and the graveyard)
then each
player draws x cards where x is the number of
nonland cards they shuffled into their
library. Each player has no maximum hand size
until the end of their next turn.
Legend has it Alduin destroyed
the old world to create the new one
and thus was named creator and destroyer.
