Credius Thrall

Whenever you put a counter on a creature an opponent controls, you may tap Credius Thrall and pay {p/b}{p/b}, if you do Proliferate.(You choose any number of permanents and/or players with counters on them, then give each another counter of a kind already there.)
Not only will the rivers tun red, the crops will grow black.
