Creeping Cold

Cumulative upkeep—Put an ice counter on
target land you control without an ice counter on
it.
When Creeping Cold's cumulative upkeep cost is
paid, put an ice counter a number of lands your opponents control equal to the number of age counters on Creeping Cold.
If a land with an ice counter on it would become untapped, instead remove an ice counter from it.
