Creeping Plague

At the begining of your upkeep put a plague
counter on target creature and on Creeping
Plague.
All creatures with plague counts on them get
-1/-1 for each plage counter on Creeping Plague.
At the end of your turn if there are no creatures
with plague counters on them, sacrifice Creeping Plague.
