Criminal Intentions

Target player reveals his or her hand. Select one card from that player's hand, and put it into your hand. That player then discards until he or she only has one card in his or her hand. Then Scry 5, put target card from your graveyard ontop of your library, and put a permanent onto the battlefield without paying it's mana cost.
