Crimson Eye

You may sacrifice a creature rather than pay Crimson Eye's mana cost.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player reveals his or her hand. Each other player votes for a card revealed this way. Put into its owner's graveyard a card with the highest or tied for the highest amount of votes. Then, Crimson Eye deals 2 damage to each player that did not reveal their hand this turn.
