the first time, put a Sanguine on up to 3 other creatures you control.
When a creature with a Sanguine counter deals
combat damage to a player, that player must sacrifice a creature. If they cannot, they take
damage equal to the number of creatures with Sanguine counters you control, and you gain life
equal to the number of vampires with Sanguine counters you control.
