C.R.O.W Oracular

When C.R.O.W. Oracular or another creature enters the battlefield, scry 1, then
draw a card.
The first time you draw a card each turn, put
a +1/+1 counter on another target creature.
Oraculars are fitted with masks that allow them
to see every possible future.
