At the beginning of your upkeep, exile your hand. For each colorless card exiled this
way, scry 1. Then, for each unicolored card, draw a card. Then, for each multicolored
card, exile the top card of your library. As
long as it remains exiled, you may play that card as though it had flash and you may cast that spell without paying its mana cost.
