Crown of Lightning Control

The Crown of Lightning control doubles
the damage of lightning magic. If used by
a Dragonborn with Lightning Breath, the
wearer can use their Lightning Breath twice
instead of once, and they may change the
shape of their blast to any shape with a
total of 9 squares.
