Crown of the Firemind

Enchant creature.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a charge
counter on Crown of the Firemind. Then, it
deals damage to enchanted creature equal to the
number of charge counters on it if enchanted
creature isn't legendary. If enchanted creature
isn't blue or red, it deals double that damage
instead. Then, you draw cards equal to the
damage dealt this way.
