Cruel Decision

Target player discards their hand. That
player returns that many cards from their
graveyard to their hand. Cruel Decision
does that much damage to that player.
The ultimatum was indeed cruel: Malfegor must
choose between eternal humiliation as a slave of
Bolas, or miss his chance to feast on the holy
flesh of angels. It was a cruel, but easy, decision.
