Use this Stratagem in the Fight phase, when
an EMPEROR'S CHILDREN unit from
your army is chosen to fight with. Until the
end of that phase, when resolving an attack made with a melee weapon by a model in
that unit, on an unmodified wound roll of 6 that weapon has an Armor Penetration characteristic of -3 for that attack.
