Up to one target player gets a poison counter.
Choose target creature, planeswalker or player. If
a player was chosen, Cruel Hands Of Fate deals
damage to them equal to the number of counters
they have. Otherwise, Cruel Hands Of Fate deals
damage to the chosen permanent equal to the
number of counters on it.
