Cruel Temptress

Will of the council- whenever cruel seductress
deals combat damage to a player each player votes
for pleasure or pain.
If pleasure gets more votes tap up to three
creatures that player controls, they do not
untap during that players next untap step.
If pain gets more votes or the vote is tied
make a token copy of a curse attached to
that player.
