Cruelcut the Crimson Curse

Whenever your commander enters the
battlefield, cast Cruelcut the Crimson Curse
from anywhere and equip it to that commander.
Equipped creature gains Haste and Vigilance,
and other creatures you control loose haste
and enter the battlefield tapped.
You may only have one plight in your deck and
it must share the command zone with your
commander.
