When enchanted forest becomes tapped it's controller adds an additional {g} to their mana
pool. For as long as enchanted forest is on the battlefield creatures it's owner controls get
-1/-1 and have "When this creature. becomes
tapped it does not untap during it's controllers
next untap step."
