As long as Crusher is tapped, creatures you
control have +2/+0 and trample.
As long as Crusher is untapped, creatures you
control have +0/+2 and Riot.
If a +1/+1 counter would be placed on a
creature you control, put that many counters
plus two onto that creature instead.
