Cryolancer
At the beginning of combat, you may reveal an instant or sorcery
from your hand. If you do, tap target creature an opponent controls
with converted mana cost equal to the revealed card's converted
mana cost.
Whenever a player casts a red spell, Cryolancer
gets -1/+1 until end of turn.
They're essentially walking ice-packs for when things get too
hot.
