Crypt of Wonders

When Crypt of Wonders enters the battlefield,
each player may return a permanent card with
mana value 3 or less from their graveyard to the battlefield.
If this card would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead. If the Genesis World Enchantment
library has no cards in it, shuffle All Genesis
World Enchantments in exile into the Genesis
World Enchantment Deck.
