Crystal Fountain

Whenever mana is played, you may change
the mana's color, or give it color, but you
only add 1 mana to your mana pool for
every 3 mana spent through the Crystal Fountain.
The crystal fountain has {t}{5}, starting at the
beginning of the next of your turns and lasting
until the beginning of the one after the crystal
fountain produces all of the mana it adds as
colored of any sort.
