Whenever a player cast an instant or sorcery
spell, counter that spell, then the caster of that
spell creates a colorless artifact arcane crystal
token that has "{t}: Add one mana of any color"
There is a special sea in the far east of Kastea
where arcane is condensed and crystallized into
small crystals of incredible energy
