When Cthulhu is revealed from library suspend
it with 10-X time counters on it where X is the
amount of Horror creatures on the battlefield.
Whenever a Horror creature enters the battlefield
remove a time counter from Cthulhu if is exiled.
Cthulhu can't leave the battlefield as long as
another Horror creature is on it.
