At the beginning of your upkeep,
discard your hand, Then draw 3 cards.
When a card is cast for madness,
Cthulhu Awoken gets a +1/+1 counter and
hexproof until end of turn.
If a player casts a spell without paying its madness
cost they lose 2 life
