Cthulhu the Reckoning

When Cthulhu enters the battlefield, double the number of each counter on all permanents and players.
If a permanent you control has more than five counters on it, Cthulhu gets a +1/+1 counter for
each of those permanents.
Whenever a creature is dealt damage by Cthulhu,
you gain 2 life.
